Because here, within walking distance in the town of Ripatransone, you drink a cappuccino among the locals, just at the bar. You encounter few to no tourists in the local shops or pizzeria. You take part in village festivals in the evening, as if you lived there. You listen to the music at these parties, while enjoying a snack and a drink. (H)honest food and fine wines from various local wineries, which are also well worth a visit. 
On our site, you will meet other (Dutch) families; our children have met nice friends here. If you fancy a chat, you can. No organised evenings on our site, but space for a spontaneous 'together' moment when it arises. 
Lots of privacy, time with your loved ones and moments by the pool, where other families can also be.
The sea is visible from the terrace and you drive to it within 10 minutes. At the beach you will find trendy beach bars, but also less discovered and quieter spots. The food is delicious, the people are friendly and you'll be on the beach among Italian families. 

And if you feel like a day out in the villages or town, or if you prefer the mountains, you can do so within half an hour's drive.

Not surprisingly, this place has become our second home .
