Holiday home Casa Volte a Crociera has a private terrace. Most striking is the large central room with its cross vaults. This 18-metre-long room is wonderfully cool and receives daylight through a small window and a glass door. Opening the two portal doors maximises contact with the terrace.
The central space is decorated with design classics and consists of a dining, living and sleeping area. Next to the cross-vaulted room is a kitchen with modern appliances.
Those sleeping under the cross vaults have their own compact bathroom.

Besides the sleeping area in the living room, there are three bedrooms with two beds each and a spacious bathroom, with bathtub and shower.
The exterior windows and doors have exterior shutters that block out the sun during the day and allow both blackout and ventilation at night. The bedroom on the east side has an outdoor terrace with great sea views. Those who wake up early enough can watch the sun rise from the sea from their bed here. During the afternoon, the terrace is a lovely shady spot.
The whole house has underfloor heating and hot water from a heat pump and is virtually CO2 neutral.

De slaapkamer aan de oostkant heeft een buitenterras met een geweldig zeezicht. Wie vroeg genoeg wakker is kan hier vanuit zijn bed de zon uit zee zien opkomen. In de loop van de middag is het terras een heerlijke schaduwrijke plek.
