HISTORY
After an intensive comparative search in several regions of Italy, the Sluijmer family found the Ripatransone estate in the southern Marche. The combination of the overwhelming sea view, the high mountains of Monte Sibillini palpably close by and the centuries-old, but then yet to be restored,
Casa Torre was irresistible.
The two vineyards, nut and olive trees immediately formed the basis for further site development. After five years of intensive restoration, substantial site adjustments and the construction of a swimming pool, the finishing touches were put on this little earthly paradise.
By 2010, Casa Torre and Casa Panoramica were ready to receive guests.
