The detached holiday home Casa Panoramica is on the same property as Casa Torre. All around are vineyards, olive groves, nut and fig trees combined with a newly landscaped estate garden and the swimming pool which you share with the other families.
Holiday home Casa Panoramica has its own access road, private parking out of the sun and a spacious garden with an olive grove. The house and terrace offer panoramic views of hills, fortified towns and especially the Adriatic Sea.

There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Both bathrooms with baths have sleek and modern sanitary fittings.
The spacious lounge/kitchen in between on the first floor also makes the house very suitable for two families or a small party. Each family then has a full bedroom floor. This is nice for privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room/kitchen is adjacent to the spacious semi-covered terrace through double doors, offering impressive views of the hills and the Adriatic Sea.
The furnishing is modern, functional and cosy and consists mainly of well-known design classics from the 50s and 60s combined with classic cupboards and tables.
The whole house has underfloor heating and hot water from a heat pump and is virtually CO2 neutral.
